John Phillips #JeyDoeProductions 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Considering what it comes with, I'd say the price is justified. I dont see why ppl wouldn't get this over arcade1ups

Martijn Wismeijer 09/08/2021 - 00:12

When will microcenter start shipping to Europe?

Socially Responsible Xenomorph 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Sigh Wish someone would do this in a place other than the states for once.

Lightning Gamer 09/08/2021 - 00:12

I purchased and assembled the arcade in your video from the Minnesota location. Before retirement I built furniture with this stud and cam lock system as a side job. You are better off to put a high quality wood glue in every joint. I also put a light behind the upper display.
My system did not include games and I am currently researching games for my grandchildren to play with me.
The options you show were not available last year. Thank you for the tips.

ETA PRIME…..is the max monitor size that will fit in that cabinet 22"? Was going to order the cabinet kit by it self and was just curious if there was room for a 23.5" monitor I laying around that I wanted to use for this build.

CrazyDonutFace 09/08/2021 - 00:12

how do you adjust volume???

Dr Young 09/08/2021 - 00:12

I wish Canada had microcentre

CarWatchCoffee 09/08/2021 - 00:12

given the games surprised this didn't come with a track ball

zorglub667 09/08/2021 - 00:12

No International shipping?
Too bad. Had me sold, but unfortunately, Germany is not exactly around the corner.

If micro center ever change their mind and would like our money, please let us know 🙂

Cyris Troy 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Wish someone would ship these kits, no stores nearby.

Itchy 09/08/2021 - 00:12

as a sign maker, watching you peel the whole thing off had me losing my mind

Gaius 09/08/2021 - 00:12

I live near a MIcro Center. I will literally never, ever move anywhere in the US that is not within 4 hours driving distance from a Micro Center.

Si1entshotz DTOM 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Has anyone upgraded to SBC to a pi4 or something better (intel/ryzen)? Let's say pi4, will all the controllers and etc work with ease? No software or driver issues?

glenlivet4me 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Meh – they don't ship 🙁

Time 2 Play Pixels T2PP 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Roger Gonzalez 09/08/2021 - 00:12

For us, not as tech savvy,, what is "raspberry pi"?

How did you get the neo geo games to run on this?

JohnnySixString 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Looks pretty cool. Too bad they don't ship; the closest store is 200 miles away.

MisadventuresofRobbieJ. 09/08/2021 - 00:12

In retro pie which button config option is supposed to be used to add credits so I can play the arcade games? I just installed this OS and games. I built my own arcade a few years ago but my SD card got corrupted so I’m starting over with new roms. I just need to know which option to map the button to

Steven Wheat 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Wow, exactly nothing pre-assembled..
Twood be a good size project to build..

Looks cool tho..

maxmixer 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Raised screws holding the joysticks onto the panel are pretty crap looking, especially for the price, flush head little bolts would have done the trick !

Rich Bennett 09/08/2021 - 00:12

I have a Street Fighter converted to a Retropie (thanks ETA!) but have this problem – my joystick swaps the directions (down/up and left/right) inside any MAME game, but they work correctly outside in the UI for Retropie or Retroarch. What is going on? I've bound the buttons/directions in Retroarch several times and it keeps swapping.

E M 09/08/2021 - 00:12

I feel a 12 minute video didn't do this segment justice.
Actually enjoy watching construction from scratch and time-lapse of the process but thanks for the video anyway. It was enjoyable still.

Eduardo Hernandez 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Would it be cheaper to build my iwn?

Tech With Sean 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Does it have aspect ratio options in-game?

Peter MacNab 09/08/2021 - 00:12

Can you add your own roms ? Where. An I buy this in Canada ? Or where can I order it ?

Kwan Chan 09/08/2021 - 00:12

why did you not mention the split wood you can see before adding the trim ?

check it out at the 7mins 9 seconds mark, left hand side of the cab where the control panel would mate with

is it because they are paying for this advert ?

Christophe 09/08/2021 - 00:12

When you install the 22" monitor do you have to strip it apart..taking out the frame and so forth?

Christophe 09/08/2021 - 00:12

no micro center in France 🙁

resfan000 09/08/2021 - 00:12

I would have bought one of these if they shipped them out
